Meet Jay, Founder & Head Coach at The Facility.

With a passion for functional fitness and real results, Jay founded The Facility to create a space where people of all fitness levels feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Drawing on years of experience in strength training, kettlebell instruction, and group coaching, Jay has developed a unique training concept that combines high-energy cardio with strength-based kettlebell work – proven to build fitness, confidence, and community.

Jay’s coaching style is direct, motivating, and rooted in personalisation. Whether you're just starting out or levelling up your training, he’s committed to helping every member reach their goals in a welcoming, no-ego environment.

Outside the gym, Jay lives and breathes movement, mindset, and continuous progress – and he brings that energy into every single class.
